Returns Policy

We partner with a Print-on-Demand (POD) provider, meaning all products are unique and produced specifically for each order. As such, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

1. Defective or Damaged Products

We only offer free replacements or refunds for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival, or if there is a printing error that is clearly our fault.

  • Timeframe: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
  • Process:
    1. Please email us immediately at info@liveflex.shop with your order number.
    2. Include clear photos of the damaged or defective area of the item.
    3. Once we confirm the error is covered by this policy, we will process a replacement order at no cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

2. Sizing Issues

All garments have size charts available on the product page. Please consult these charts before ordering. Since all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer replacements for sizing issues.

3. Lost in Transit

If the shipment tracking shows the package was lost in transit by the carrier, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and reshipping the lost order.

4. Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to the facility will require you to pay for the cost of reshipment. If you do not wish to pay for reshipment, we can issue a refund for the product cost, excluding the original shipping cost.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
